Hi all and thank you Gary from London for this picture of your Vincitore special Reynolds 631 track frame ( pearl white with a pearl orange barbers pole and head tube). As you can see its a a great looking bike with some lovely equipment on it. Campag chainset , Mich hubs and Brooks saddle. Lets just hope we have some sunny days this winter so Gary can get out and enjoy his bike.

What kind of stem is that?
That's a 3T Mutant stem. I can't claim to know anything else about it, but I did a Google search on the word 'Mutant' which is visible in the picture and that's what I found.
