I know its not the best shot in the world but this is Jeff's bench where all the ergo levers are repaired. It's where I do the wheel builds as well as the wheel repairs the VAR wheel jig is by the way the best wheel jig you can get its very solidly built and adjustable for all wheel sizes . Ive even built motorbike wheels in it . I will be away for the next few days but ill be back. See you all soon

I’ve been enjoying looking through the blog. Interesting stuff, particularly the workshop photos. I have a request and I’ve been trying to think of a non cheeky way of making it, but I can’t so I’m going to come straight out and make it. If you decide you think it’s not something you’re interested in doing that’s fine, it doesn’t hurt to ask.
I would love to see the process of a Mercian being built from start to finish and, very specifically, I would like to see the bikes that my wife Ally and I ordered a couple of weeks ago being built. It’s obviously impossible to visit the workshop and get in everyones way ourselves, but how about a blog photo documentary. I would find it exciting beyond words to see our bikes taking shape and I’m sure that other Mercian customers would enjoy it too.
You might just have real work to do instead, but I thought I’d ask.
